If you don’t like to chew bubble gum, you can take ice cream or cool fruits. Cool fruits or ice cream helps to keep you awaken by the coolness sensation when eating them. Besides that, cool temperature in the room also influences to help you stay awake. The temperature inside house is usually warm that it makes your body wants to take rest soon. For a suggestion, if you are looking for a place to stay focus on something, it is better to stay outside to get fresher temperature.
It seems forgettable but feeling fatigue can be a sign that you drink less mineral water than you should be. As we know, eight glasses for a day is a must, but if you have many activities that require lots of energy, drinking more water is suggested. If you have some lemons in the fridge, you can use the juice to be mixed with cool water. The mixed lemon juice and water helps to fight against the fatigue at the time. You can add sugar to the drink as desired. Having less mineral water to drink can be one of the reasons of feeling sleepy, thus drinking water more can help to keep fresh your body.
